During the final phase of the construction of the HOTEL VALLEY OF THE CASALI, located in ROMA, the study of ing. Trisciuoglio was asked to carry out an analysis of all the plants built and still to be realized, in order to a possible sale of the structure to the international Marriott group.
The work required started with the timely analysis of the existing projects of all the plants in excess of 2,300,000 euros.
After this study, a phase of finding the installation was completed, verifying that it was consistent with the project and that it was in line with the regulations but, above all, in the international standards required.
The analysis concerned not only the purely technical aspect but also the strictly economic aspect with analysis of all the works carried out in accordance with the SAL emitted

The studio oversaw the executive project of all electrical and special systems on the basement and restaurant and kitchen sands, as well as the regulatory adjustment of all existing installations.
The study also developed the project of the fire extinguishing plant 2nd basement
