Tower of Culture
The tower of Tecniche Nuove in Via Eritrea, 21 – Milan. From a formal point of view the building is spread over 15 floors f.t. for a height of about 61 m with a total surface area of about 3800 square meters, as well as two underground floors used for employee parking.
Project Info
The Tower is intended for offices mainly in open space and for meeting and conference rooms.
Trisciuoglio Group has designed and managed all the electrical, fire and special systems (sound system, access control, CCTV, telephone and LAN networks, smoke detection).
All the systems mentioned refer to a single centralized management system also connected to the air conditioning system to achieve the highest levels of energy efficiency.
